Resolved - Beacon API Service Disruption — Resolved

Between approximately 8:35 AM and 8:45 AM PDT on August 29, the Beacon API experienced a service disruption affecting customer integrations that rely on Beacon.

Our team identified the issue as a configuration change that prevented the Beacon application from successfully accessing required authentication credentials. The issue was corrected, and Beacon API service was fully restored by approximately 8:45 AM PDT.

We have confirmed that the API is operating normally. We are reviewing the change that caused the disruption and will take appropriate steps to help prevent a recurrence.

We apologize for the interruption and any impact it may have caused.
