Beacon Outage - 500 Error
Resolved - Between 7:15 PM and 9:50 PM, some users may have encountered 500 errors when submitting requests to Beacon.

The issue was caused by a logging configuration problem on one of our web application servers. The configuration has been corrected, and the issue is now resolved.
