Planner2.0 Intermittent Outage
Resolved - Between 2:00 AM and 9:00 AM Pacific, customers may have experienced intermittent issues with the Planner 2.0 application. The issue was identified within the application hosting environment and has since been resolved. To address it, we increased system capacity and made infrastructure improvements to stabilize performance. We are also taking additional steps to further strengthen the environment and help prevent similar issues in the future.
