Resolved - We experienced an unexpected service interruption this evening during preparatory work ahead of a planned maintenance event. This work was intended to be non-customer-impacting, but it unexpectedly affected live production services. The issue began at approximately 2:17 AM and impacted access to the platform as well as some related background services.

Our team immediately stopped the preparatory work, took recovery actions, and restored service at approximately 2:38 AM. We are reviewing the incident in detail and will complete additional safeguards and validation before proceeding with any future maintenance activity.
