Update - We are noticing services that did not come up healthy resulting from the incident with CPU saturation. We are addressing the cause now.

Monitoring - We have restarted the services showing signs of degradation, and performance has returned to normal. We are monitoring the environment to confirm continued stability.

Investigating - We are experiencing further intermittent slowness currently affecting Dynamics. This appears to be secondary performance issue resulting from the high-volume background activity identified in the original incident. While the original activity has been contained and CPU utilization has improved, the resulting impact on the shared environment has not fully cleared.

We are continuing to monitor and investigate the secondary issue and will provide further updates as recovery progresses.

Resolved - Performance has returned to normal following containment of the high-volume background activity affecting shared platform resources.

The containment was successful, and we have confirmed that services are operating normally. We will continue monitoring the environment for any recurrence or further impact.

Monitoring - We have identified the likely root cause as a high-volume background processing activity that placed sustained demand on shared resources within our multi-tenant environment.

The activity has been contained, and system performance has improved. We are continuing to monitor the remaining processing backlog as it clears. Temporary CPU spikes may occur while queued work is completed, but these spikes are intermittent and are not currently resulting in sustained service degradation.
